Precision and Purpose: Documenting the 2025 Truist Championship

The 2025 Truist Championship was more than a premier stop on the PGA TOUR; it was a masterclass in community impact and athletic excellence. While traditionally hosted at Quail Hollow, the 2025 tournament took a “road trip” to the historic Philadelphia Cricket Club, and Network Frequency was honored to be on-site to document every drive, putt, and purpose-driven activation.

Capturing the Champion’s Moment

The tournament concluded with a thrilling performance by Sepp Straka, who outdueled a crowded leaderboard of world-class talent to finish at 16-under par. Capturing Straka’s steady composure on the back nine and his final victory walk was a highlight for our photography team. Our goal was to frame the intensity of a PGA TOUR Signature Event while highlighting the pristine, architectural beauty of the Wissahickon Course.

Beyond the Green: Strategy in Every Shot

Our work extended far beyond the gallery ropes. A critical component of this project was our close collaboration with the Truist social media team. Together, we strategized on:

  • Real-Time Storytelling: Developing a shot list that prioritized high-impact “hero” shots for immediate social rollout.

  • Activation Capture: Documenting the various on-site fan experiences and hospitality suites that showcased Truist’s commitment to building “better lives and communities.”

  • Community Narratives: Focusing our lenses on the charitable initiatives, including the support for local workforce development and youth golf programs, ensuring the impact of the tournament was as visible as the scores.

Editing with a Vision

In the editing suite, our focus was on maintaining a “Live Experience” feel—vibrant colors, sharp details, and a narrative flow that moved seamlessly from the excitement of the competition to the warmth of the community activations. We worked around the clock to ensure that the digital storytelling matched the prestige of the Truist brand.

A Sincere Thank You

We want to extend a huge thank you to the Truist team for the opportunity to continue sharing your stories. Your mission to inspire and build better communities resonates deeply with our own values at Network Frequency. Being part of the team that brought this “mini-city” to life in Philadelphia was an unforgettable experience, and we look forward to the tournament’s return to our home turf in Charlotte in 2026.
