The Power of Purpose: Network Frequency & the 2025 Truist Foundation Inspire Awards

The Truist Foundation Inspire Awards are the culmination of a rigorous, months-long journey designed to scale nonprofit solutions that drive economic mobility. For Network Frequency, the 2025 cycle was a hallmark of our commitment to high-stakes storytelling.

For over eight months, our team worked hand-in-hand with MIT Solve and the Truist Foundation to act as the visual architects for the six finalists. We didn’t just capture an event; we spent months developing and producing the Finalist Pitch Videos—cinematic assets that the nonprofits now own to continue their mission-critical work long after the competition.

The Six Finalists: A Cohort of Innovation

Under the steady leadership of Truist Foundation President Lynette Bell, this challenge focused on reskilling and career navigation for adult workers. We had the privilege of working intimately with these six visionary organizations to bring their stories to life:

  1. FreeWorld (First Place & Audience Favorite): A tech-enabled solution reskilling formerly incarcerated citizens for the trucking industry.

  2. Encore Employment Enterprises (Second Place): “Seniors R The Answer,” a call-center training program specifically for older adults.

  3. Lifecycle Building Center (Atlanta, GA): Equipping adults in low-income communities with skills in building material recovery and deconstruction.

  4. The Masonry Foundation: “ReCastED,” a model offering tradespeople a flexible pathway to Career and Technical Education (CTE) teaching positions.

  5. Integrity Transformations CDC: A digital platform, “BestFit,” helping adult learners manage basic needs and non-academic barriers to employment.

  6. Electrical Training Alliance (VEEP): A pre-apprenticeship program for military personnel re-entering the civilian workforce in the electrical trade.

Real-Time Delivery at the Carolina Theatre

When the journey reached the stage at the Carolina Theatre in Charlotte, our team shifted into “Live Experience” mode. Beyond the months of pre-production, we provided photography, video capture, and on-site post-production support. This allowed for a real-time social media rollout, ensuring the energy of the pitches—and the final announcements by Lynette Bell and emcee Robin Roberts—was felt globally the moment it happened.

Purpose in Action

We want to extend a sincere thank you to the Truist Foundation for trusting Network Frequency as an invaluable partner. It is rare to work with a brand that so consistently puts action to their purpose. By providing these finalists with high-quality media assets they can repurpose for years to come, Truist isn’t just funding nonprofits; they are empowering them with the tools to tell their own stories.

We are honored to continue our support of these philanthropies and look forward to seeing the long-term impact of the over $500,000 in grants awarded this year.

Home Turf, Global Stage: Network Frequency x Sage for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game

Home Turf, Global Stage: Network Frequency x Sage for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game

There is no feeling quite like seeing the eyes of the world turn toward your home city. This past July, Atlanta became the epicenter of the sporting universe for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game, and Network Frequency had the high-octane honor of supporting Sage throughout their massive multi-location activation footprint.

Being at Truist Park—our home turf—was electric, but the true magic was in the partnership. We want to extend our deepest, most sincere gratitude to the entire Sage team. Thank you for trusting our vision and allowing us to step in and help produce such a monumental moment for your brand and for the city of Atlanta.

A Triple-Play Activation

Our team was on the ground across the city, capturing and supporting a seamless brand narrative that spanned three iconic locations:

  • Truist Park & The Battery: We were in the heart of the action at the ballpark, documenting Sage’s role as the Official Finance Software Partner of MLB. From the high-flying Home Run Derby X presented by Sage to the cutting-edge “Pitcher Power Rankings” on the big screens, we captured the synergy of data and diamond.

  • Ponce City Market (Sage North American HQ): We spent time at Sage’s stunning new flagship office at 619 Ponce. This Georgia-grown timber masterpiece served as a hub for innovation during the week, showcasing how Sage is deeply rooting itself in Atlanta’s tech ecosystem.

  • The Wylie Hotel: In the intimate, sophisticated setting of the Wylie Hotel, we captured the more personal side of the week—exclusive gatherings and high-level hospitality that proved Sage knows how to host as well as they innovate.

The Sage Impact: Knocking Down Barriers

Sage’s mission is to “knock down barriers so everyone can thrive,” and we saw that in action every day of All-Star Week. Whether they were providing small business owners with VIP experiences or utilizing their AI-powered insights to enhance the fan experience, Sage demonstrated why they are a global leader in accounting and HR technology.

Working alongside a team that values human-centered design and community investment as much as we do at Network Frequency made this project a career highlight.

To the Sage team: Thank you for the opportunity to tell this story alongside you. Seeing our city shine through your lens was a win for everyone.

Excellence in the Tropics: The 2025 McGriff Blue Triangle Awards

There are moments that define a company’s culture, and then there is the McGriff Blue Triangle Awards. This past year, the Network Frequency team traveled to the breathtaking shores of Mayakoba, Mexico, to document this elite celebration of achievement, dedication, and the “Get-It-Done” spirit that defines the McGriff brand.

Our team was fully integrated into the experience, providing a comprehensive media suite that included event photography, high-energy video production, and a custom-branded photobooth experience that kept the energy high throughout the festivities.

Celebrating the Best of the Best

The Blue Triangle Award is the highest merit-based honor at McGriff, reserved for the top achievers who go above and beyond in risk management, employee benefits, and client service. Against the backdrop of Mayakoba’s lush mangroves and turquoise waters, we had the privilege of capturing the stories of these industry leaders.

From the emotional acceptance speeches at the gala to the candid moments of connection during beachfront excursions, our lens was there to ensure these memories live on long after the final toast.

Scalable Storytelling: Photobooths to Production

At Network Frequency, we pride ourselves on being a versatile partner. For McGriff, this meant:

  • The Experience: Our interactive photobooth provided a fun, high-end touchpoint for guests to let loose and celebrate their hard-earned success.

  • The Record: Our photography team focused on “the scale of the moment,” capturing the prestige of the award ceremonies with a sleek, corporate-editorial style.

  • The Narrative: Our video production team worked tirelessly to craft a recap that didn’t just show what happened, but felt like the celebration it was—sharing McGriff’s story of excellence at a global scale.

A Major Thank You

We want to extend a massive thank you to the McGriff team. Thank you for trusting us with your most prestigious event of the year and for allowing our team to collaborate so closely with yours. It is an honor to work with a brand that values its people so deeply, and we are grateful for the opportunity to help you share the McGriff story on such a grand stage.

Real-Time Recognition: The 2025 Truist Purpose to Performance Awards in Orlando

When a brand’s mission is to Inspire and Build Better Lives and Communities, the celebration of that mission must be just as impactful. This past year, Network Frequency traveled to Orlando, Florida, to join Truist Bank for their prestigious Purpose to Performance (P2P) Awards—a high-energy summit dedicated to honoring the teammates who go above and beyond to deliver on the bank’s core values.

Our mission was clear: capture the momentum of the event in real-time, ensuring that the celebration wasn’t just felt by those in the room, but shared across the entire organization.

Immersive Coverage & On-Site Precision

The P2P Awards are a fast-moving, multi-faceted experience, and our team was fully integrated into the action. We provided a comprehensive suite of services designed for immediate impact:

  • Photography & Video Capture: Our creators joined the Truist team through every stage of the event—from high-stakes general sessions and intimate breakout workshops to exciting team adventures across Orlando.

  • Printed Photo Service: We provided a high-end, on-site printing station, allowing winners and attendees to take home a physical piece of their achievement the moment it happened.

  • On-Site Post-Production: To keep up with the speed of the event, our editors worked on-site to turn around assets in real-time, producing recap content and “hero” imagery that showcased the event as it unfolded.

A Partnership Built on Trust

The success of an event like the P2P Awards relies on seamless collaboration. We want to extend a sincere thank you to the Truist leadership and event teams for their incredible trust.

Trusting a media partner to deliver high-quality, edited assets on the fly—while simultaneously navigating breakouts and off-site adventures—is no small ask. We are proud to have delivered these assets with the quality and punctuality that the Truist brand deserves, and we are grateful for the opportunity to document the “Purpose” that drives your “Performance.”

Celebrating the Spirit of Truist

From the standing ovations in the ballroom to the candid laughter during team-building excursions, the 2025 P2P Awards proved that Truist’s greatest asset is its people. We left Orlando inspired by the stories of service we captured and honored to be the team chosen to tell them.

Joy to the Polls with Election Defenders

As the election day in Atlanta drew near, the anticipation surrounding the event was palpable. With so much at stake, the need for transparent and comprehensive media coverage was critical. In a collaborative effort, media agency Network Frequency and the Election Defenders came together to provide extensive coverage of the election process, capturing the historic day and creating engaging social media content to promote the event.

Network Frequency, a prominent media agency known for its cutting-edge campaigns and forward-thinking strategies with event-based campaigns, took on the challenge of working alongside the Election Defenders, a non-partisan organization committed to ensuring a fair and accurate voting process. The partnership aimed to bring attention to the importance of civic engagement and increase voter turnout in the city of Atlanta.

In the weeks leading up to election day, Network Frequency and Election Defenders joined forces to develop a strategic plan that would allow them to capture the voting process from every angle. They deployed teams of videographers, photographers, and social media experts throughout Atlanta’s neighborhoods to document the event in real-time. These teams were equipped with the latest technology, including drones and high-resolution cameras, to ensure that they captured every aspect of the day.

On election day, Atlanta buzzed with energy as citizens lined up at the polls to cast their votes. Network Frequency and Election Defenders’ teams were there to capture the long queues, the excitement on voters’ faces, and the commitment of the volunteers who made the process possible. They documented the rigorous measures taken to maintain the integrity of the election process and to ensure that every eligible voter had the chance to participate.

As the day unfolded, the Network Frequency and Election Defenders’ teams captured countless moments of civic pride and community spirit, which were transformed into captivating social media content. The teams worked around the clock to edit and produce short videos, eye-catching images, and engaging written content that showcased the importance of democracy and the power of the vote.

These compelling visuals and stories were then shared across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. By utilizing these channels, the partnership between Network Frequency and Election Defenders was able to reach an even broader audience, raising awareness about the importance of voting and the historic nature of the event.

The collaboration between Network Frequency and Election Defenders also highlighted the vital role media agencies play in shaping public opinion and driving social change. The partnership not only captured the historic event in Atlanta but also used its influence to inspire citizens to participate in the democratic process, reminding them that their voices matter.

In the days following the election, the impact of the partnership between Network Frequency and Election Defenders was evident in the high voter turnout and the widespread engagement on social media. The collaboration set a new standard for media coverage of elections and demonstrated the power of combining innovative technology with a commitment to democracy.

As Atlanta’s election day came to a close, Network Frequency and Election Defenders proved that their partnership was a resounding success. By capturing the day’s events and creating engaging social media content, they were able to promote the historic event and inspire civic engagement in the city. This remarkable collaboration serves as a testament to the power of media and the importance of active participation in the democratic process.

Padel Social Club launch at the Babington House

In an exciting cross-continental venture, Network Frequency journeyed to the United Kingdom for an ambitious project. Famed for producing high-quality digital content, Padel Social Club and the esteemed Soho House properties retained our team to shine a spotlight on the sport of Padel – a fusion of tennis and squash that’s gaining global traction.

The first pop-up padel location to spring from this collaboration was at the historic Babington House in Bath, England. This partnership between Padel Social Club and Soho House leverages the strength of both brands to introduce Padel to a wider audience. Padel Social Club, which offers a range of services such as professional coaching, online booking, and Padel equipment sales, provides a comprehensive and accessible Padel experience to enthusiasts and beginners alike.

The sport of Padel has a rich history that traces back to 1969 in Mexico. It was invented by Enrique Corcuera, who modified the traditional tennis game to suit his small backyard, inadvertently creating a new sport. Over the years, Padel has witnessed significant growth and popularity, especially in Spain and Latin American countries, with its simplicity, sociability, and fun factor being key contributors to its success.

Soho House, a series of private members’ clubs aimed originally at those in the arts and media, has a prestigious reputation that spans continents. Since its establishment in 1995 in London’s bohemian district, Soho House has expanded globally, setting the bar for luxury and exclusivity in the hospitality industry.

The weekend’s atmosphere at Babington House was electric, thanks in large part to the musical offerings from DJ Mehow. The legendary DJ provided a vibrant soundscape that added an energetic pulse to the Padel games, creating an exhilarating and festive ambiance throughout the event.

This collaboration didn’t go unnoticed by media giants. It was notably featured in GQ Magazine, amongst other prestigious media outlets, earning rave reviews for its innovation, execution, and impact on promoting Padel. The spotlight from such platforms not only heightens the visibility of Padel but also reaffirms Network Frequency’s ability to produce compelling content that resonates on a global scale.

As Network Frequency continues their work in the UK, the anticipation is palpable for what this synergy between Padel Social Club and Soho House properties will yield next, and how it will further elevate the profile of Padel.
